(Note: I strive to confirm insurance details within a few days, however I ask for 2 weeks *just in case* something blocks my ability to confirm.)
Step 2: wait for confirmation from our office
Step 3: upon positive confirmation, we can proceed with your appointment. If confirmation is not possible, the appointment will be cancelled or bumped to a later date so details can

Medical Massage is billed to insurance as a Delayed Payment at non-discounted ‘time of service’ rates.
